Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC system sales and services. Visit clients on-site to assess requirements and offer customized solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to prospective clients. Generate quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing support and follow-up. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Stay up to date with HVAC technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC, technical equipment, or similar industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
