Job Summary:

The Electrician cum Plumber is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks related to electrical and plumbing systems. The role ensures smooth operation and safety of all facility utilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in electrical circuits, panels, switches, and lighting systems.
• Ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical installations.

Plumbing Work:

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems, pipes, and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, and damages.
• Maintain and repair water heaters, pumps, and sanitary fittings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitary, and quality standards.

General Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and equipment serviced.
• Assist in general maintenance and support facility operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing (Dual trade preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in facility or industrial maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing networks, and relevant tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work in varied conditions.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site role.
• May require working in shifts, weekends, or emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
