• Handle electrical maintenance and repair activities within office premises.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical panels, wiring, switches, sockets, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.
• Maintain UPS, power backup systems, and basic electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor electrical safety and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and facility-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Electrician.
• Experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, or IT facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, panels, circuits, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle maintenance activities.
