JOB OPENING STORE EXECUTIVE / BILLING EXECUTIVE/

Job Overview

Store Executives / Warehouse Executives

Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations:
Manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities efficiently.
Stock & Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and conduct physical stock verification.
SAP Operations:
Handle inventory entries, material receipts, stock updates, and transactions in SAP.
Dispatch Management:
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of materials.
Loading & Shipments:
Supervise material loading, unloading, and shipment activities.
Documentation:
Maintain and verify invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and other warehouse-related documents.
Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow warehouse safety guidelines and ensure proper material handling.

Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
Experience in store, warehouse, inventory, and dispatch management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Understanding of warehouse documentation, including Invoice, GRN, and Delivery Challan.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Male candidates only.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

25,000 – 35,000 per month
