Job Summary

The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate customer invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment follow-up. The role supports smooth billing operations while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Operations
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Verify billing details with sales, service, and project teams before invoice generation.
Ensure invoices comply with company policies and customer requirements.
Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
Documentation & Coordination - Coordinate with internal departments for billing-related documents.
Track pending invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain customer billing files and records.
Payment & Reporting - Assist in payment follow-up and outstanding invoice tracking.
Generate periodic billing and MIS reports.
Support month-end billing closure activities.
Compliance - Ensure compliance with GST and company billing procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

B.Com / BBA / M.Com or any Commerce-related degree.

Experience: 1–3 years in billing, invoicing, or accounts .
