Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to prepare accurate invoices, maintain billing records, and coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, credit notes, and debit notes.

- Verify customer details, purchase orders, product quantities, rates, discounts, and payment terms before billing.

- Apply the correct GST details and coordinate the generation of e-invoices and e-way bills, wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure invoices match dispatch details.

- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents.

- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer invoice queries.

- Assist the accounts team with invoice reconciliation and outstanding payment reports.

- Prepare daily and monthly billing reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce or a related field preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in billing or a similar role.

- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.

- Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: Based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
