Billing Executive

• Invoicing and Document Generation: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate sales or service invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and e-invoices according to customer orders and statutory requirements (such as GST in India).
• Data Entry and Ledger Management: Record day-to-day financial transactions, update customer and supplier ledgers, and maintain billing registers using accounting software like Tally Prime or SAP.
• Payment Tracking and Reconciliation: Monitor incoming payments (bank transfers, credit cards, cash) and reconcile billed amounts against sales orders, delivery records, and bank statements (BRS).
• Follow-up on Overdue Accounts: Contact clients or customers regarding pending dues, track aging reports, and send payment reminders to minimize outstanding balances.
• Dispute and Error Resolution: Investigate and fix billing discrepancies, rate mismatches, underpayments, or overpayments, and issue credit notes or revisions when approved.
• Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the sales, dispatch, stores, and finance teams to confirm order details, stock entries, and price lists before generating bills.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all billing activities align with company policies and tax laws, assist audit teams, and prepare periodic financial reports for management.
• Customer Support: Handle walk-in or phone inquiries regarding bills, explain charges clearly, and resolve customer complaints.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
