Job Description

Key ResponsibiliƟes

 Prepare and process customer invoices and bills.

 Enter sales and billing details accurately into the system.

 Verify pricing, discounts, taxes, and payment informaƟon.

 Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transacƟons.

 Maintain billing records and daily transacƟon reports.

 Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and customer service teams.

 Resolve basic billing-related customer queries.

 Support reconciliaƟon of daily sales and collecƟons.

 Maintain proper documentaƟon of invoices and receipts.

 Follow company billing and accounƟng procedures.

Required Skills and QualificaƟons

 Graduate or diploma holder in Commerce, AccounƟng, Finance, or a related field.

 Freshers with good learning ability are encouraged to apply.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operaƟons.

 Good numerical and data-entry skills.

 AƩenƟon to detail and accuracy.

 Good communicaƟon and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Knowledge of GST or accounƟng soŌware is an advantage.
