Senior Sales Executive For concrete product machinery Mfg Co

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with crusher plant owners, existing brick/block manufacturing units, RMC companies, batching plant owners, dealers, builders, and contractors. • Manage sales and marketing activities across the assigned territory to achieve business and revenue targets. • Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, local references, dealer networks, contractors, and existing customer relationships. • Conduct customer meetings with Odoo-generated leads, crusher plant owners, existing machinery customers, and batching plant owners. • Achieve a minimum of 10 customer meetings per week and maintain accurate meeting and follow-up records. • Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and trials to communicate product features, technical benefits, and commercial value. • Coordinate quotation preparation, commercial negotiations, and order finalization with prospective customers. • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and internal Service, Production, and Dispatch teams to facilitate the smooth execution of confirmed orders. • Maintain customer databases, lead status, daily visit reports, and sales MIS in Odoo or other prescribed reporting systems. • Develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business, referrals, and new sales opportunities. • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the assigned territory. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's regional business growth.
