Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver electrical training sessions (theory and practical) in line with the training syllabus.
Teach topics such as electrical circuits, wiring, installation, motor controls, PLCs, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Develop lesson plans, training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
Conduct hands-on practical sessions to ensure skill development and real-world application.
Assess trainees’ progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
Maintain and ensure proper use of training tools, equipment, and lab setups.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and best practices during training.
Keep training records, attendance, and performance reports.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and upgrade training modules accordingly.
Provide individual support and mentoring to trainees when needed.
Coordinate with other trainers and industry professionals to improve training outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
