Job Description

  • Only Engg with 10-16 yrs exp in design of Power Panel, Distribution box etc.
  • Only candidates with experience of cross-functional engineering apply
  • Design, develop, and validate power distribution and control panels based on customer requirements.
  • Create detailed electrical schematics, select OEM components, and release drawings/BOMs using change management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mech, supply chain, testing and program teams) for concept development, problem resolution, and production support.
  • Provide quick solutions for design issues and custom requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in designing and developing power boxes. They must have hands-on experience of load & thermal calculations, wire sizing, designing busbars, selection of switch gear etc.
They must have worked on electrical CAD tools like E3 Zuken or similar, and must have an understanding of RCA methodologies. They must be adept in cross-functional collaboration and communication.
