Job Title – Electrician cum Instrument Technician

Your key responsibilities:

Electrical Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and power distribution.
• Inspect & maintenance of electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Identify electrical problems using testing devices.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns.
• Maintain logs and records of work performed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in motors, panels, and PLC systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.

Instrumentation Duties:

• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments such as pressure transmitters, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of instrumentation systems.
• Maintain records of calibration and maintenance activities.
• Work with PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems for process control and automation.

You bring.

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 8 - 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Familiar with safety protocols and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
