Electrician Technician – Maintenance (Aluminium Extrusion Preferred)

Location:

Sarua, Khordha, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required:

4 to 6 Years
(Candidates with Aluminium Extrusion Plant experience will be strongly preferred)

Job Type:

Full-Time | On-site | Shift Basis

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all electrical maintenance activities in the aluminium extrusion unit including press machines, billet heaters, pullers, stretchers, cooling beds, etc.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out both preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors, control panels, PLCs, and automation systems.
• Maintain daily electrical maintenance logs and ensure all machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams for smooth functioning of the plant.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to industrial safety norms and standards.

Key Skills Required:

• Mandatory hands-on experience in aluminium extrusion plant machinery.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical circuits, VFDs, contactors, relays, limit switches, and PLC-based systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Proactive in fault identification and corrective action.
• Familiarity with power distribution and electrical safety practices.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / B-tech in Electrical Engineering (with license preferred)
