Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage all electrical operations and maintenance activities at our textile showroom in T. Nagar, Chennai. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems with high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical maintenance and operations of the showroom
• Manage electricians and support staff, assign daily work, and monitor performance
• Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power systems, UPS, DG sets, and panels
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot major electrical issues and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades
• Maintain records of maintenance, breakdowns, and inspections

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Supervisor (commercial/showroom experience preferred)
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety norms, and preventive maintenance
• Leadership and team-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
