Job Position: Electrical Supervisor Job Location: Madurai Salary: Rs.25,000/- Role Overview The Electrical Supervisor will oversee teams of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects. The role requires technical expertise, leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD for planning and executing electrical layouts. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret electrical drawings and AutoCAD layouts for installations and modifications of HT/EHT Solar Projects . Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and technicians on-site. Plan, schedule, and execute electrical projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, codes, and company standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of electrical installations and equipment. Maintain accurate documentation, including schematics, maintenance logs, and inspection reports. Qualifications & Skills BE/DME in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory electrical role. Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret technical drawings. Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems, codes, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
