Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and electrical technicians.
• Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior staff.
• Installation & Maintenance:
• Oversee the installation of new electrical systems and the maintenance of existing ones.
• Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to national and company safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct training sessions on best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in water purifier systems and related equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for electrical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Project & Inventory Management:
• Plan and schedule electrical maintenance, installation projects, and work orders.
• Estimate labor and material requirements and manage the inventory of electrical supplies.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment history.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to management on job status, safety, and project progress.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production) to ensure smooth project execution and support operational goals.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
