About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. EV chargers and setting up EV charging stations 2. Direct sales 3. Meeting traders across districts 4. Fetching orders 5. Distribution of orders 6. Coordination with the delivery team 7. Willingness to travel across districts 8. Operations management Detailed responsibilities: 1. Acquire new business through the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, meetings, requirement gathering, proposal, negotiation, documentation, and closure 2. Identify, develop, and follow up on new business opportunities and convert them 3. Develop new business associates for expansion and project financing 4. Oversee daily operations and define project scope and objectives 5. Predict and manage resources efficiently to meet objectives 6. Ensure implementation of company-designed strategy and provide consistent project updates to stakeholders 7. Evaluate and report on key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent 8. Manage vendor and supplier contracts by assigning tasks and setting expectations 9. Build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs 10. Manage organizational sales with business plans covering sales, revenue, and expenses 11. Develop and execute sales plans for target accounts with relevant experience 12. Have knowledge of dealers across states, pan-India 13. Handle presentations, pre-sales costing, and negotiations 14. Manage post-sales customer relationships 15. Possess or be willing to gain professional knowledge of electric vehicles and EV charging stations 16. Coordinate with city-based channel partners to ensure quality delivery as per the terms 17. Ensure SOPs are followed by installer partners at all sites and customer locations 18. Define team distribution for surveys and installations to ensure timely service and skill improvement 19. Be enterprising in learning through self-research and interactions with civic and electric authorities 20. Possess good communication skills for dealing with high-net-worth customers Details: 1. Job type: Full-time 2. Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Schedule and benefits: 1. Schedule: Day shift 2. Supplemental pay: Commission pay 3. Ability to generate leads through various channels 5.
