Electrical Project Manager

As an Electrical Design Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to review and validate electrical designs, drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). You will ensure that all designs comply with local regulations and international standards. In this role, you will collaborate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines such as MEP and Civil engineering to deliver high-quality electrical designs. Additionally, you will be responsible for approving technical submittals, materials, and method statements. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical support during procurement, installation, and testing phases of projects. You will also be expected to troubleshoot design issues and drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, and grounding systems. Familiarity with local regulations such as DEWA, ADDC, or other relevant authorities is essential. Proficiency in technical tools such as AutoCAD, Dialux, and other electrical design software will be required. Your excellent coordination skills, meticulous documentation practices, and ability to provide technical leadership will be key to success in this position.
