Electrical Planning Engineer

Recruitment Criteria

Industry: Real Estate & Contracting Projects

Department: M&E Electrical (SCO)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in electrical or electrical & Electronics Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech.)
Minimum 58 years of relevant experience in planning and monitoring of electrical works in Commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel (advanced level), and project management tools.
Familiarity with contract management principles and execution lifecycle in MEP projects.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress of electrical activities across multiple sites.
Prepare internal progress reports, dashboards, and conduct variance analysis to highlight deviations from planned targets.
Monitor electrical budgets, assist in cost control, and ensure billing coordination with Project teams.
Plan and forecast material requirements based on BOQ and actual site needs to ensure timely availability and control.
Analyze material inward records, consumption trends, and identify stock excesses, shortages, and wastage.
Monitor manpower deployment, evaluate productivity, and generate efficiency improvement strategies.
