Electrical Mechanical maintenance

The Maintenance - Assist. Manager will be responsible for maintaining and managing machine breakdowns in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics, as well as small Automation/PLC Program modifications. The position is located in Aroor and reports to the Maintenance Head. The role involves supervising a team of 5 individuals. The ideal candidate should have a B.E./Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical and a minimum of 12 years of experience for BE and 16 years for Diploma holders. The candidate should possess skills in Predictive Maintenance, PLC Troubleshooting, HVAC Systems, Hydraulic System Repair, CMMS Software, Vibration Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Industrial Robotics Maintenance. In this role, you will help develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities. You will manage the maintenance budget and resources efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations. Utilizing data-driven approaches, you will analyze equipment performance and reliability to optimize maintenance practices. Additionally, you will establish spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules to proactively address potential breakdowns. You will be responsible for guiding, supervising, and attending maintenance activities related to mechanical, electrical, civil, system technical, and admin technical aspects. Furthermore, you will assess the reliability and performance of critical manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety regulations. Identifying opportunities for technology upgrades and improvements will be key to optimizing plant operations and compliance. Ensuring regulatory compliance with industry regulations and standards, including safety and environmental regulations, will be part of your responsibilities. You will promote a culture of safety and adherence to standard operating procedures across the organization. Conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations will help maintain a safe work environment. As a team leader, you will build and lead a competent team of engineering, design, and maintenance professionals. Fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment, you will encourage professional development and continuous learning. Setting performance objectives, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations will also be essential in this role.,
