Job Description

SID Division

Minimum 10 years of experience in Sponge Iron/DRI Division

System Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Maintain and repair
HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) electrical systems
.
Diagnose faults in
motors, control panels, wiring, and distribution boards
.
Provide support for
instrumentation systems
including sensors, drives, and switches.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

Execute
scheduled preventive maintenance
to minimize downtime.
Respond to
breakdown situations quickly
to restore plant operations.
Conduct
condition-based monitoring
of equipment like furnaces, presses, pumps, and conveyor systems.

Operational Support

Assist in
installation, alignment, and commissioning
of electrical equipment.
Support
shutdown activities
and coordinate with mechanical teams for integrated maintenance.
Maintain
tools, spare parts inventory, and housekeeping
in electrical workshops.
