Job Title: Electrical Engineer CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA (Negotiable based on experience & skill) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Operations & Maintenance Handle HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, panels, switchgears, MCCs, PCCs Ensure smooth operation of motors, drives (VFD), PLC panels, and control systems Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance Project & Installation Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams Prepare BOQ, electrical drawings review & execution Energy & Cost Management Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives Optimize electrical load distribution and reduce downtime Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems Hands-on experience with HT/LT equipment Troubleshooting & fault analysis Knowledge of PLC / Automation (preferred) Good coordination & leadership skills Qualification B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering Diploma candidates with strong experience may be considered Experience 8–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / industrial plants Salary & Benefits CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA Performance-based increments Statutory benefits as per company policy Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
