Electrical maintenance Engineer – Foundry

Job Description:

We are looking for a Electrical Maintenance engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience in the foundry industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the maintenance of critical equipment and systems within a foundry, including HT Line maintenance, EOT cranes, melting furnaces, electric and gas furnaces and heat treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all foundry machinery and equipment, including EOT cranes, melting furnaces, electric and gas furnaces.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to foundry equipment.
• Ensure optimal operation of the foundry by monitoring equipment performance and implementing improvements.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the maintenance and repair processes.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in the foundry industry with a focus on Electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HT line, EOT cranes, melting furnaces, electric and gas furnaces, heat treatment systems, and HT Line maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and procedures.

Experience : 01 to 15 years

Education : BE or Dip (Electrical, Mechanical, or any related)

Age below 35

willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
