electrical Maintenance and Production Supervisor

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance cum Production Supervising person to join our cattle feed production company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems essential to our feed production process. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical aptitude, experience in industrial maintenance, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment used in feed production, including grinder, conveyors, pumps, mixer and packaging machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and mechanical failures, diagnosing issues and implementing timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize maintenance activities and optimize equipment uptime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in mechanical systems, proposing and implementing solutions as appropriate.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the commissioning and decommissioning of equipment, including installation, testing, and removal as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Electrical skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Required Knowledge in panel board and Motors 3 phase
• Cabling ,Termination ,Earthing work
• Motor and gear pump knowledge is must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
