Role & responsibilities
Work with Technical Team to ensure the smooth execution of Projects. Understanding Customerrequirements and developing application within scheduled timelines.PLC Programming based on standards IEC-61131-3. Knowledge of programming in SIEMENSSIMATIC Manager will be an advantage.HMI/SCADA design and development, Creating, and updating tag database as per projectrequirement. Knowledge of communicating via Modbus/TCP/OPC will be an advantage. On-SiteCommissioning / Remote Support based on project requirement.Manage day-to-day tasks of all Technical and Project execution.Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with customers and the leadership team.Visiting customer places and studying requirements and implementing solutions.Studying and learning new technologies in Industrial Automation, Industry4.0 & ManufacturingIndustry sharing inputs with the team to develop suitable solutions for the customer.Interpersonal skills -Communication should be good.Following Engineering Standards and Best Practices during work executionPreferred candidate proleCandidate has good experience/knowledge in SIEMENS PLC, HMI, SCADA, Having GoodKnowledge in Panel Engineering, VFD and Servo Motors and Drives.Domain Knowledge: Industrial Automation and Communication Protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, Serial, Probus and other reputed protocols).PLC/DCS Software S7 Simatic Manager (S7-300/400), Simatic PCS-7 (PCS-7), TIA Portal (S71200/1500) Tools knowledge of PLC Programming Languages Ladder/STL/SCL/FBD, Module Conguration, ET200M distributed IO system, Simatic S7 CPU & IO conguration, HMI/SCADA/Historian Simatic WinCC Explorer, TIA Portal Communication / Network Protocols
