An Electrical Incharge of Induction Motor, often part of a broader Electrical department, is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of induction motors. Your role involves ensuring motors are functioning correctly, implementing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. You may also be involved in motor design, testing, and quality assurance. In terms of maintenance and repair, you will be responsible for conducting regular checks and servicing of induction motors to ensure optimal performance. This includes identifying and rectifying any faults or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime. Operation and monitoring are key aspects of your role, requiring you to oversee the operation of induction motors, monitor performance metrics, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity. Quality assurance is another crucial component of your responsibilities. You will be tasked with ensuring that all induction motors meet industry standards for performance, reliability, and safety. This involves conducting quality checks, implementing improvements, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Safety is paramount in this role, and you will need to prioritize the safety of personnel, equipment, and the environment. This includes following safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety within the workplace. This position is full-time and permanent, with the possibility of working different shifts including day shift, morning shift, night shift, and rotational shift.
