Electrical Fitter

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain induction heating equipment and associated electrical systems.
• Carry out wiring, cabling, and termination of induction heater panels, coils, and control systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on induction furnaces/heaters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in power supply, control circuits, and PLC interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures.
• Support commissioning, testing, and calibration of induction heating systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter / Technician in heavy machinery or induction heating systems.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, transformers, and high-frequency circuits.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience with switchgear, contactors, relays, and PLC-based control systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in induction heater/furnace installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with cooling systems, water circulation, and safety interlocks.
• Exposure to industrial automation and instrumentation is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
