Electrical Engineering

The job position available is for Electrical Engineering in the MEP functional area at Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 5 years of experience in MEP. The responsibilities include preparing customized bids, analyzing MEP drawings and sketches for proposal creation, and having a comprehensive understanding of LV distribution, lighting and power circuits, fire alarm systems, telephone/data systems, access control, PA systems, CCTV, cable management, and earthing & lightning protection systems. In this role, it is essential to consult and coordinate with Architect representatives for technical clarifications, analyze documentation for cost assessment, and perform overall cost estimates for various systems including low voltage systems, HVAC, and plumbing. The candidate should have proficiency in analyzing blueprints, project documents, and specifications to provide accurate materials and labor estimates at all project stages. Additionally, the preparation of Tender Check Estimates (TCE) for contracts and bill of materials is required. The desired profile for this position includes a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in MEP, and preference will be given to candidates with industry-specific experience. Candidates with experience in 33 kVA power station installation in mega projects and establishment of HT YARD will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have completed the entire lifecycle of a multi-storied building project. Key skills required for this role include Electrical Engineering and MEP.
