Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical works at site as per drawings and project specifications.
Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cabling, lighting, etc.).
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.
Prepare BOQs, verify electrical bills, and assist in material procurement.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and provide timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
Liaise with authorities for load sanction, connection approvals, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of
LD & ST systems
(Lighting Distribution, Substation Technology).
Knowledge of electrical drawings, SLDs, and site supervision.
Familiarity with MEP coordination in high-rise residential projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Preferred Background:

Experience in
Group Housing Projects
is mandatory.
Candidates from reputed real estate or contracting firms will be preferred.
