Electrical Engineer - Power Plant

As the Electrical Maintenance Manager at our Power Plant unit, your primary responsibility will be to drive and manage the daily maintenance schedules and activities to ensure maximum efficiency of the production unit. You will also be in charge of documenting these activities. Your role will involve managing continuous improvement initiatives and implementing cost control and reduction programs for all E&I maintenance activities in the Power Plant. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and manage daily electrical maintenance schedules and activities of the Power Plant unit - Ensure maximum efficiency of the production unit - Document maintenance activities - Manage continuous improvement initiatives - Implement cost control and reduction programs for E&I maintenance activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in electrical maintenance management - Strong understanding of power plant operations and maintenance Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with the work location being in person.,
