About the job: Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the field. The role involves contributing to our technical operations by preparing and managing essential electrical engineering documentation and maintaining data integrity across our projects. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as an electrical engineer with a strong understanding of technical documentation. Ability to prepare detailed job cards for electrical projects, ensuring accurate and complete documentation. Experience in managing and maintaining master data of all technical documents ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Proficiency in Tally ERP for efficient project and financial management (Mandatory skill). Previous experience working within a manufacturing firm is crucial for understanding industry-specific requirements (Mandatory skill). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in preparing accurate test reports data (Mandatory skill). Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive test reports data and ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements. Develop and maintain job cards for various electrical engineering projects to facilitate smooth operations. Manage the master data of all technical documents and ensure they are updated and accurately filed. Utilize Tally ERP for handling project-related financial transactions and reporting. Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project execution by providing technical support. Conduct regular audits of technical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Identify and analyze engineering problems and propose efficient solutions to enhance project outcomes. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on documentation status and technical challenges.
