Electrical Engineer - Immediate Joiners

Role & responsibilities This role is focused onbuilding and managing an attribution libraryforelectrical engineering components. The goal is to create a structured, searchable database of product attributes forswitchgear,circuit protection devices,relays, etc. This helps improve product data accuracy, support cost-out initiatives, and enable smarter decision-making in design and procurement. It combinesdomain expertise in electrical engineeringwithdata managementandcross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities (Implied from Requirement): Create and manageattribution librariesfor electrical components. Identify and capturetechnical attributesof products (e.g., ratings, specs, certifications). Work closely with design, sourcing, and product teams to ensure accurate, standard-compliant data. Supportcost-outorvalue engineeringprojects through improved component visibility. Performdata analysis, clean-up, and enrichment activities. Ensure all work aligns withglobal electrical standards. Skills Required (Must Have & Nice to Have): Must Have: Strong knowledge ofelectrical engineering basics Hands-on understanding of: Switchgear products Circuit protection devices Relays Familiarity withinternational standards(like IEC, UL, etc.) Data management and analysiscapabilities Goodcommunication skills(for collaboration and documentation) Preferred candidate profile Nice to Have: Exposure tocost-out/value engineeringprojects Experience working incomponent engineeringorproduct standardization Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Experience: 4+ years in product design, component engineering, or electrical standards compliance Industry: OEMs, switchgear manufacturers, electrical product companies, or engineering consulting firms
