Electrical BIM Modeler

As an Electrical BIM Modeler at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality BIM models, coordinating project standards, and ensuring seamless collaboration for international building projects. - Develop and manage advanced electrical BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD. - Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families. - Generate precise electrical drawings and interdisciplinary coordination models. - Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate project documentation. - Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery. - Mentor junior team members and support productivity improvements. - Facilitate smooth coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for electrical system modeling. - Strong skills in creating advanced parametric families and BIM documentation. - In-depth understanding of electrical systems and BIM standards. - Experience developing and enforcing project BIM standards and manuals. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
