We have job opportunities with Pharma industryfor the Associate- Electrical position, Mysore Location.

Position- Associate - Electrical

Work Experience +3 in API Manufacturing

Location – Mysore

Qualification- BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering

Should have Electrical experience in API- Pharmaceutical industries/ chemical industries

To attend Breakdown and preventive maintenance for field instruments In manufacturing and utility system

Plan & Carryout the calibration and preventive maintenance for field instruments as per the Master schedule

Updating and maintaining the calibration and preventive maintenance record.

Attending the shift activities and maintain the production plant without down time

Should have the knowledge in filed instruments like flow meter (mass, vortex & magnetic) level transmitter (Radar. Capacitance & ultrasonic)Temperature transmitter , control valve, ON/OFF valve , load cell , Gas detectors, Temperature & RH , conductivity transmitter, proximity switches and pressure transmitters etc.

Good Knowledge in DCS system, remote IO system, PLC /HMI system and various communication protocols such as Ethernet and Profibus.

Good knowledge the Variable frequency drive, Soft starter, DOL starter and communication with DCS system.

Good working knowledge in Pharmaceutical equipment such as Reactors, Driers, distillation column, extraction and filtration system.

Good working knowledge in utility equipment such Nitrogen plant, air compressor, chilled water system and HVAC system instruments

Knowledge in PID controller and tuning of PID control.

Knowledge of Qualification and Validation of instrumentation system

Should have the knowledge in Safety work permit system and safety standards.
