Electrical Assembly Technician

Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician – Solar & Battery Systems (Non-ITI / Non-Diploma Allowed) at Solartise Energy solutions LLP.

Job Overview:
We are seeking candidates with basic electrical knowledge who are interested in working in solar street light and LiFePO₄ battery pack assembly. Formal technical qualifications such as ITI/Diploma/Engineering are not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided.

Job Experience: Fresher (Training will be provided) to 1 year experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1️. Solar Street Light Assembly

• Assemble solar street light systems, including:
• LED light fixtures
• Solar PV modules
• Charge controllers
• Poles, brackets, cables & connectors
• Perform electrical wiring as per layout instructions
• Conduct testing for illumination, charging and automation (Dusk to Dawn)
• Ensure waterproofing and proper fixture fitting for outdoor use

2️. LiFePO₄ Battery Pack Assembly

• Assemble battery packs using LiFePO₄ cells and BMS
• Perform spot welding, insulation, balancing and wiring
• Test voltage, current and protection circuit functions
• Follow safety guidelines for charging & discharging
• Label and pack finished batteries for traceability

3️. Quality Control & Testing

• Conduct inspection and electrical performance testing
• Maintain testing and inspection records
• Identify defects and report to Production Supervisor
• Ensure products meet technical and quality standards

4️. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily production logs and material usage reports
• Support in updating SOPs and continuous improvement
• Assist the inventory team during stock verification

5️. Safety & Maintenance

• Follow proper safety protocols for tools and batteries
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Report any equipment faults and assist in maintenance

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of DC circuits, wiring and electrical tools
• Ability to work with multimeters, crimping tools, spot welding (training will be given)
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in electrical and solar technology
