Job Description:

The Project Manager for New Product Development (NPD) in the New Energy and E&E business is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from the initial concept/feasibility phase through final commercial launch of our next-generation energy products (e.g., MicroGrids, solar inverters, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, power electronics).
This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined scope and quality standards, aligning closely with our strategic goals in the evolving energy sector.
The individual will be responsible for planning & execution of the project.
This role involves Cross functional team management, Risk analysis, change and stakeholder management.
The role also has a portion of Quality and compliance.
Also, there should be Familiarity with regulatory framework.
Additional skills required are: Technical Acumen, Communications with in team and to the management & Process expertise.
