We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Elderly Caregiver to provide personalized support and assistance to senior individuals. The ideal candidate will offer emotional support, ensure safety and hygiene, assist with daily activities, and promote a dignified, independent lifestyle for the elderly client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and support medication adherence and timely administration.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions.
• Offer mobility assistance including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, and physical support.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, room cleaning).
• Provide companionship through conversation, reading, games, or walks.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, or social activities.
• Monitor physical and emotional condition; report changes to family or medical personnel.
• Maintain patient dignity and respect in all interactions.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a caregiver or in a related field (elderly, home health aide, etc.)
• Physical stamina and ability to lift or support elderly clients as needed.
• Ability to follow medical instructions and family directions accurately.

Work Schedule:

24x7 live-in care with flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,737.25 - ₹18,000.00 per month
