Role Description We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Generalist to drive lead generation, demand campaigns, and early sales pipeline for our SaaS product in the fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, and home furniture sectors. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to wear multiple hats and shape our GTM journey from the ground up. Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Run scrappy demand-gen experiments (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, basic paid ads). Write engaging outreach copy and assist in content creation (case studies, short posts). Track funnel performance, measure CAC/conversions, and suggest optimizations. Collaborate with founder and sales to refine GTM playbooks and positioning. Own early prospect research in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, jewelry, and home furniture sectors. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or business development (preferably SaaS or e-commerce tech). Strong familiarity with sales/marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Klaviyo, etc.). Ability to write concise, compelling copy for cold outreach. Analytical mindset: comfortable running small experiments and iterating fast. Startup mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
