As a Graduate Engineer with a NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or Post Graduation in OSH from CLI or RLI, your role will involve supporting the Project Head in managing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) matters. You will serve as the EHS Representative of LTR at the project, ensuring compliance with L&T Standards, Procedures, and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate, monitor, and report on contractors" EHS performance for the entire project in accordance with L&T Standards, Procedures, and relevant legal frameworks. - Efficiently communicate and implement EHS initiatives, demonstrating a proactive and quick-learning attitude without ego status. - Utilize technical expertise in EHS matters corresponding to Level 6 of the International Qualification Framework. - Conduct EHS audits, inspections, HAZOP, HAZID, static and dynamic risk assessments, impact assessments, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), root cause analysis, and reporting.
