Job Description

  • Perform EHS related administration tasks and/or support, with respect to and within the local or regional EHS organization assigned.
  • Perform tasks such as filing, depositing and arranging function-related documents, certifications, audit results, etc..
  • Prepare EHS related statistics, diagrams, slides etc., to support dedicated Managers or Professionals.
  • Collect, select, classify and check information for completeness and given criteria and provide respective information in case of external audits.
  • Prepare all information and materials necessary to gain certifications and communicate in this respect with authorities and external certification bodies.
  • Proceed with all day-to-day EHS related assistant operations.

  • 1 to 3 years
