The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Location: Kolkata. Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 Years (Advertising/Media/HR Sales Preferred) Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Director Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients across industries in need of advertising and branding services. Target segment MSME. Client Acquisition: Pitch agency services including digital marketing, branding, media planning, creative design, and event promotions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set targets and objectives. Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and presentations in collaboration with creative and strategy teams. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Market Research: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Revenue Growth: Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (creative, media, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of client projects. Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular updates and forecasts to management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and client servicing abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
