Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Developer & Relationship Manager to spearhead our retail expansion in respective assigned regions. This role will focus on brand promotion, business development and achieving state-specific sales targets , contributing to the brands aggressive growth plan in India. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned state/region. Generate leads for project-based sales. Achieve monthly as per business plans including retail. Explaining technical features of products specially Living & Furnishing with LIGHT Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, architects, interior designers, and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service. Brand Promotion Execute promotional activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Market Intelligence Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to recommend growth strategies. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities. Collaboration Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and supply chain processes. Candidate Profile Education: Engineering degree (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical). MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management is a plus. Experience: 47 years in business development, retail sales, or channel management (Lighting/ Consumer Durables/ Building Materials preferred). Skills & Attributes: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
