Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in key geographical regions and student segments, supported by market research on industry trends and competitive insights. Knowledge and Training: Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions with partners to increase their awareness of education financing products and streamline the referral process. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor partner performance, track student loan disbursements, and report on revenue targets. Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and provide consistent performance updates to leadership. Client Engagement: Build robust engagement channels for students and parents to enhance brand trust and conversion rates, while also focusing on client retention and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 3-7 years of experience in banking, fintech, or a similar environment with a focus on managing partnerships and channel onboarding. This role is crucial for building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of financial services and a commitment to a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities End-to-End Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to students and parents, helping them navigate the education loan process from start to finish. Personalized Counseling: Provide personalized counseling on various loan products, eligibility criteria, required documentation, and repayment structures. Lead Management: Follow up on potential leads and actively work to convert them into successful loan applications. Partner Liaison: Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and other lending partners to ensure timely approvals, disbursements, and swift resolution of any issues.
