As a Lead in the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Haryana Board Exam Reforms Project at Educational Initiatives (Ei), you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the education sector. Your role will be based at the BOSE campus in Bhiwani, Haryana, where you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive assessment reforms and enhance the educational landscape of Haryana. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development of high-quality assessment materials, supporting project management activities, and liaising with BOSE officials and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to content development and training programs while ensuring the quality assurance of assessment-related outputs. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 5-7 years of experience in educational assessments or related fields, a strong grasp of assessment methodologies and exam design principles, and 3-5 years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level. Excellent analytical and communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential, along with a Bachelor's degree (Master's in Education preferred).
