As an Education Counsellor at Learning Routes, your role will involve guiding students in selecting suitable educational programs, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing career guidance, and facilitating the admission process. You will interact with prospective students, respond to their inquiries, and ensure excellent support throughout their enrollment journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining productive relationships with partnered institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide students effectively in selecting appropriate courses and career paths. - Proficiently deliver Career Counseling and Education guidance to ensure students make informed decisions for their future prospects. - Utilize excellent written and verbal Communication skills to interact professionally with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude to ensure a positive counseling experience. - Prioritize maintaining relationships with partnered institutions to enhance the overall counseling experience. Qualifications: - Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling. - Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education guidance. - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude. - Prior experience in educational counseling or related fields is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field is preferred. - Knowledge of current trends in higher education and career opportunities is advantageous.,
