Education Manager

A leading Global Education Company based in the USA is seeking Education Managers for their Kochi office. As an Education Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of faculty members and students. The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree or B.Tech qualification, excellent communication skills in English, and an MBA would be an added advantage. The salary offered for this position is 30000 per month along with incentives. Leadership and team management skills are essential for this role. Candidates applying for this position should be willing to work in early morning shifts. The working hours are from 4.30 am to 1 pm, Monday to Wednesday, and 5.30 am to 2 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Pick up and drop back facilities will be provided for those staying in and around Cochin. This job offers the flexibility to work from home for three days and report to the office for two days. In addition to the salary and incentives, benefits such as pick up provided on office days are part of the package.
