Job Description

Conduct counseling sessions with clients/students via phone, video conferencing, or chat.
Assess emotional, academic, or career-related needs and provide appropriate support.
Develop and implement individualized counseling plans to support client growth and well-being.
Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and short-term coping strategies when needed.
Refer clients to specialized services or resources (mental health professionals, career services, community programs, etc.) as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and confidential case notes, records, and reports.
Follow ethical standards, confidentiality policies, and organizational guidelines.
Stay up to date with best practices in tele-counseling, digital communication, and client care.
Participate in professional development, supervision, and team meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,333.99 - ₹37,243.67 per month
