Job Description

Identification & understanding of the Student's need & Counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.

Provide study information, admission requirements and visa process.

Do profile assessment of interested students and give course option by short listing Universities matching their profile.

Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship.

Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channel of communication.

Guide students through resolving queries on quick and urgent basis.

Responsible for maintaining and updating student database on regular basis.
Candidates should be able to guide students and their parents about Study abroad.

The candidate should be able to handle walk-in cases efficiently.

The candidate should be a good team player with good knowledge of computers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
