Counsel students through walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries for IT & software courses
Explain course structure, duration, fees, placement support, and career outcomes
Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions (CRM / Excel)
Coordinate with trainers, placement team, and admin for batch scheduling
Participate in seminars, events, and marketing activities for lead generation
Ensure a positive and professional counselling experience
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Friendly and confident personality
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
Target-driven with a student-focused approach
Any Graduate
Candidates with experience in counselling, tele calling, or inside sales preferred
