We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the process of choosing the right international education programs, with a focus on MBBS and other professional courses abroad. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education options (MBBS, medical, and other programs) Explain admission procedures, eligibility, timelines, and fee structure Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings Coordinate with partner universities/colleges and maintain updated program knowledge Maintain student records and provide regular updates to management Assist in student documentation and visa filing processes Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Any stream – preference for education, counseling, or medical background) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; Russian is a plus) Sales-oriented approach with a student-first attitude Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets Ability to meet targets and work under deadlines Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary with incentive opportunities Professional growth and training support Modern office environment Opportunity to work with international institutions To Apply: Email your CV to [info@exploreabroadedu.com] with the subject line: “Application for Education Counsellor”.
